It is so difficult to be sitting here writing these words... Dad was the most loyal, loving and devoted husband, father and grandfather anyone could ask for. He was our rock, our go to guy. He was always there when we needed him. He doted on his grandchildren who, from the time they were born were the light of his life. He loved life, cars, going for long drives in the country, horses, blue jays (birds and the team) and cardinals. The past year he fought with all his being to conquer this horrible disease because he wanted to spend as much time with his family as he could. That’s who he was. We will miss you every single day of our lives. We are so proud of you and love you to the moon and back!
