JcoM Gives Back 2022

We continue to raise funds in honour of someone very special that we lost 5 years ago to breast cancer. To us she was a mother, a nana, a mother in law, a sister & a friend. She is the inspiration for the fundraising we do today. The idea was never just a one and done idea. This was something we hope to do year after year.

So without further ado we have a few announcements to make regarding our 2022 fundraising!

#1. Back by popular demand we’re happy to announce that the JcoM Golf for a CURE Golf tournament will be returning at Roundel Glen Golf Club @roundel on Sept 17th, 2022. Team Entry & Tournament Sponsorship packages to be announced Feb 2022.

#2. Another returning favourite is our Breast Cancer Masks. Keep an eye out over the coming weeks for some new styles and some returning favourites. Hands down the most comfortable masks you’ll put on your face!!

DRUMROLL PLEASE...

We’re happy to announce that on January 27th, 2022 we successfully raised $2870 to kick off our annual fundraising with a Haircut Event. 

Our President, Chris James & his wife Meghan cut and donated their hair in support of the Canadian Cancer Society (CCS). The funds raised were specifically assigned to fund CCS Breast Cancer Resource Rooms which provide free wigs, prosthesis, hair coverings and breast accessories such as puffs and bras to those going through a breast cancer diagnosis. Chris and Meghan set a lofty goal of $1000 and JcoM agreed to add an additional $1000 donation if they are able to reach their goal!
