50+ Challenge - Canadian Cancer Society | Donate Today

Donate Online

4 out of 10 cancer cases can be prevented by adopting healthy lifestyles and putting in place policies that protect the health of Canadians. Specifically, we could prevent approximately 26,200 cases of cancer by 2042 if more people led more active lives.

Active living is essential for those who want to maintain their physical and mental health and independence as they age. Walking or cycling (or active transportation) is a simple, free and accessible way to incorporate more physical activity into daily life.

Thanks to your support, the 30-Day to get started Challenge will be able to spread out and the Canadian Cancer Society will be able to continue to raise awareness among Quebecers about the importance of adopting a physically active lifestyle.
