Why I Relay

Leona Robertson, our inspiration.

I look forward each year to the Relay for Life event because we have worked very hard as "Leona's Ladybugs" fundraising and doing our part to help fight the terrible disease.

My Sister, Leona passed away a year ago March and she fought hard for 3 years to survive cancer. She will be with us on June 12th walking. I feel very close to her that night because I know she is proud of us and will take every step with us.
