In appreciation for surviving
As I am so lucky to have survived this terrible disease, I want to participate and motivate others to join in, the rewards are amazing.
This year after the amazing experience of the very first Relay For Life in Mont-Tremblant, I realized I want to be there from the start. I can't wait to see my wonderful team members again and to reconnect with all the other teams and organizers. Most of all to get to participate with an extraordinary team captain Patricia White who inspired me so much. Mom, I lost you to breast cancer not long ago, lighting that candle was a very moving moment and I appreciate the opportunity to light a new one for you in 2010.
