Why I relay
I relay for myself and also my sister-in-law Val and all family members that have lost the battle
When I signed up for this year’s relay I was in remission. But on March 8th I was once again told that I had cancer. It was caught early this time and things are looking good. 2 weeks left out of 6 weeks of treatments. I WILL beat this thing again.
In HONOR of my sister-in-law VAL POTTER who is bravely fighting her own battle with cancer.
And in MEMORY of my parents BOB & VICKI POTTER, Aunt BRENDA POTTER, Uncles JIM POTTER and CHARLIE POTTER and my cousin CHARLENE POTTER. Our family has seen their fair share of this disease.
