I have lost too many family and friends to cancer. I need it to stop. Every time I participate in the relay it honours those in my family who are fighting cancer, those who have beaten cancer and those who are no longer with us. Research $ matter

My Mom died with cancer. We as a family needed help to care for her. The Canadian Cancer Society was there for us. I have lost way too many people to cancer, most recently my friend and cousin Ann H.I BELIEVE research makes a difference. We have had several family members fight cancer and they are still with us because of research. Our $ help fund this life saving research. Our $ help in support to victims and their families. New treatment options are being found every day. I walk this relay for all those who battle cancer.
