Cancer treatment during pregnancy

Five years ago in May, at age 40, I confirmed that I was pregnant and was diagnosed with Breast Cancer a few weeks later. I had surgery in August 2, 2005, followed by five chemo treatments while pregnant. January 12, 2006 I had my beautiful son Mitchel. On Friday January 13, 2006 my mother-in-law to be was diagnosed with terminal lung cancer. I had my last chemo in February followed by 28 radiation treatments. In the fall of 2006 my Brother-in-laws girlfriend, Melissa was diagnosed with Lymphomia and had to have 12 chemo treatments, on October 28, 2006 we lost Nancy, my mother-in-law. Melissa and I are doing very well. Mitchel is 4 1/2 and has had no effects from what he went through; he's a little survivor as well.
