The Canadian Cancer Society is a national, community-based organization of volunteers and staff whose mission is to eradicate cancer and enhance the quality of life of people living with cancer. Society donors and volunteers have the most impact, against the most cancers, in the most communities in Canada. Building on our progress, the Society is working with Canadians to change cancer forever.
Every 3 minutes, another Canadian is diagnosed with one of the more than 200 different types of cancer. Odds are, cancer has affected you, whether it be a personal battle or that of a loved one. But by fighting back together, we can change cancer from something Canadians fear to something they live well beyond, or never get in the first place.

This year, nearly 197,000 Canadians will be diagnosed with cancer and this experience can be very challenging one that deserves our support and attention.

When you join the fight by attending a Daffodil Tea, you are supporting the Canadian Cancer Society’s mission of eradicating cancer and enhancing the quality of life for those living with the disease.
All proceeds from the Daffodil Tea go to the Canadian Cancer Society to fund the most promising cancer research, support programs and services for people living with cancer, comprehensive cancer information, prevention initiatives, and advocacy for healthy public policies.

With your help, we are changing cancer from something Canadians fear to something they live well beyond, or never get in the first place. Learn more about the impact money raised during Daffodil Month will make in the fight for life.
When you choose to support the Canadian Cancer Society, you are choosing to make the greatest impact in the fight for life. Your support of the Society has more impact, against more cancers, in more communities than any other cancer charity in the country. The Society has been relentless in our commitment to change cancer so fewer Canadians are diagnosed with the disease and more survive. The Society is the largest national charitable funder of cancer research in the country and our work spans the entire cancer spectrum: prevention, research, support of people living with cancer, advocacy for public policies that protect the health and rights of all Canadians, and end-of-life issues.
