of your Relay experience

It's almost Relay season! With decades of experience, Canadian Cancer Society staff, volunteers and supporters know how to have fun and make an impact at Relay. Read on for their tips on what to bring and how to go the distance at Relay For Life.

Did you know that on average people need to be asked 6 times before they make a donation? Our lives are busy, and it’s easy to forget things. So before you head to Relay, ask everyone again. Every little bit will add up to make a big difference in the fight for life.

Find your Relay

Get the latest information about Relay For Life in your community and connect with other teams, participants, survivors and volunteers to share photos, fundraising ideas or ask questions about your upcoming Relay.

Rally for Relay - extended!

After a brief pause due to the Fort McMurray wildfires, Rally for Relay is up and running for the rest of the week. Take this opportunity to grow your Relay For Life fundraising with creative and proven tips from Relayers across Alberta and the Northwest Territories.

The competition will wrap up on May 14.
