Cancer Fighter fundraiser 2019

Escape Cancer Charity Tournament

Welcome to the 2nd Annual Escape Cancer Charity Tournament.

This year's event is brought to you by:

Escape Manor and Lumberjax Axe Throwing Regina.

Join us at Escape Manor for an exclusive event!!

Cost is $540.00 per team with a max of 6 members per team.*See details below for adding back up players.

What's in it for you?

Day long exclusive event jam packed with three of our newest escape

rooms AND axe throwing as a fourth event!

When?  

October 27th

Times will be finalized once team numbers are in.

Escape Manor Regina  - 1975 Broad Street

Escape Manor Saskatoon - 245 2nd Ave S

Why?

With almost 950 children under age of fifteen diagnosed with cancer in Canada every year, your support has never been more important. Why not have fun while helping a great cause!

The How...

Step 1:

Gather your team of 6 and select a team name and a team captain.

Step 2:

Team captain call the Canadian Cancer Society to register your team @ 204-786-0601. Registration details include team members name, address and phone number. 

You may email the team details to Donna-Lynn.Guagliardo@cancer.ca but avoid emailing your credit card details. You are considered registered once payment is received. Due to the exclusive number of spots available, we are unable to hold team spaces with verbal agreement.

Step 3:

Donna-Lynn will sign up your team on the Escape Cancer website and email you fundraising details.

Step 4:

Begin team fundraising to collect bonus points for the tournament score board. Your overall team score is determined by fastest time, special clues uncovered, closest to bulleye and fundraising. Fundraising is an important step. If you skip it you could lose out on some very excellent prizes!!

Share the Escape Cancer website on social media and start collecting funds from family, friends and coworkers. Be creative with your fundraising. Need help? Talk to us.

Step 5:

You will receive a schedule closer to the tournament date with your assigned escape room events and start times.

Step 6:

What can you expect event night?

Show up at least 15-20 minutes before your start times to fill out waivers and snack away on appies.  

There are also beverages (non and alcoholic) for purchase.  

Since this is a fundraiser you can expect a 50/50 draw and silent auction items.

Extras:

1. Teams will not receive a hint during the tournament. In order to get a little nudge along your Escape Manor way...you can buy a hint for $25.00 each.

2. The event wrap up is sure to be a wild experience!!

All donations are generously donated by local YXE and YQR businesses, which will be displayed at each cities event. If you are interested in donating a silent auction item or helping us out, please give us a call!  

 

We are a team of Cancer Fighters. While we each may have our own reason for joining the fight against pediatric cancer, we are all united in our belief that we can make a difference. And your support will too!
