Get Screened is hosting an LGBTQ-only mammogram event! Research shows regular breast screening for those 50 69 can reduce deaths from breast/chest cancer by 21%. And yet, LGBTQ communities are less likely to get screened even though we have higher risk factors for breast/chest cancer. - If you’re transfeminine, you have been on gender affirming hormone therapy for 5+ years
- No current breast implants
