I will continue to run every year until I can't.  Please consider supporting us in the Run this year in the following ways:

- Join our team - Metastatic Breast Cancer: We Are FamiLui in Calgary or Vancouver and support this meaningful cause by running (or walking) together on Sunday, October 6th!

- Donate, donate, donate!!  All of the funds raised to our MBC Team will be allocated to MBC research and support programs.  I believe prevention is important but finding a cure for breast cancer and MBC is even more crucial as 1/4 of those who are diagnosis with breast cancer face a metastatic recurrence

- Pray for more research in MBC so that one day we can find a cure, and pray for better assistance to those MBC patients that need help

- Pray for the wellbeing of our team members in Calgary and Vancouver so we can all join the Run in person on Sunday, Oct 6, and of course, with good weather :)

1 in 8 women is expected to face a breast cancer diagnosis in their lifetime, it is also the most commonly diagnosed cancer among Canadian women.  We are likely affected in some way.

Lots of  advancements have been made to help breast cancer patients live longer, and full lives.  However, we are far from reaching "a cure" yet, especially for MBC patients like me.
