This past year, breast cancer directly touched our lives. At nine months pregnant, and a day before she was induced with her daughter, Laura was diagnosed with triple-negative breast cancer. She underwent 16 chemotherapy sessions, 136 hours of cold capping, 1 surgery, and too many blood tests to count. She is currently finishing her final rounds of immunotherapy.

Our team is participating and fundraising for this year’s Canadian Cancer Society CIBC Run for the Cure, to help all Canadians, including Laura, who have fought or are fighting this battle. We want to raise money to fund groundbreaking breast cancer research and support programs and services for those impacted by this disease.

We believe better treatment options and survival outcomes are possible. And we want to support all Canadians impacted by breast cancer, including our family and friends. Together, we can create a future without breast cancer.
