The waves of hope

We are a Dragonboat team based in rural Westman and Parklands, that have been actively involved in the Brandon Run for the Cure since 2004. We are breast cancer survivors and supporters team who run/walk and support this event annually. When we are not raising funds for this event, or creating community awareness for life after breast cancer, you'll find our team of over 30 women from all over Westman and Parklands praticing every Wednesday evening on Lake Minnedosa, May-September, in our beloved Kindred Spirit.
 
This year we are again participating and fundraising for Canadian Cancer Society CIBC Run for the Cure, because we believe better treatment options and survival outcomes are possible. And we want to support all Canadians impacted by breast cancer, including our family and friends. 
 
With your help, we can reach our fundraising goal and fund groundbreaking breast cancer research and support programs and services for those impacted by this disease. Together, we can create a future without breast cancer.
