Mama D

I was diagnosed with invasive ductile carcinoma stage 2. This was caught on a routine CAT scan in December 2023. Subsequently, I had mammogram and ultrasound that showed nothing, 3 months later an MRI confirmed my diagnosis. In May I went for a double mastectomy with expanders and now I am waiting for another surgery in November. I want to raise awareness that mammograms and MRI’s are important together for early detection of this disease.
 
With your help, I can reach my fundraising goal and make a life-changing difference for so many people. Every dollar I raise will fund groundbreaking breast cancer research and support programs and services for those impacted by this disease.
