The Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation funds life-saving research, such as:

• Identifying new genetic factors that predispose people to breast cancer
• Using state-of-the-art technology to design much-needed treatments for breast cancer that has spread to the brain and lungs

It is because of advancements in research that women are living longer, healthier lives after a breast cancer diagnosis.
