I want to share something that has deeply touched our lives. It's about an incredible friend, someone we hold dear in our hearts, who has been faced with a formidable challenge, stage 3 breast cancer. 

Our friend, Jennifer Beatty, embodies the true essence of strength and resilience. As we watch her journey unfold, we are witnessing a woman who faces adversity head-on, armed with courage, grace, and an unwavering spirit. Despite the daunting diagnosis, she will not allow fear to dim her light. Instead, she is transforming her pain into power and has become a fighter and an inspiration for others facing similar battles.

Jen's friends and family are coming together not only to show our love and support to her but also to the estimated 27,700 women and 260 men diagnosed with breast cancer every year in Canada.

We are participating and fundraising for this year’s Canadian Cancer Society CIBC Run for the Cure on Sunday, October 6, 2024, because we believe better treatment options and survival outcomes are possible. And we want to support all Canadians impacted by breast cancer, including our favourite person in the whole world, Jen.

With your help, we can reach our fundraising goal and fund groundbreaking breast cancer research and support programs and services for those impacted by this disease. Together, we can create a future without breast cancer. This is what Jen wants.  This is what her friends and family want.
