Thank you for donating/joining my team in supporting me to raise money for the Canadian Cancer society. 3 years ago I was diagnosed with stage 4 invasive ductal carcinoma breast cancer. The cancer had spread to my liver, lungs and two areas of my bones. Now 3 years after being  diagnosed I am happy to share that my treatments have helped completely shrink the tumours in my liver, lungs and bones. Although there is no cure for metastatic Breast cancer - there are treatments and options to help me keep fighting. My battle will be ongoing but with treatments, medical trials  and through my ongoing faith, and determination I will always fight to be on the winning side with my battle with cancer.

I ask my family, friends, acquaintances or anyone that can help make a difference to please donate and help me reach my goal. 

I am participating and fundraising for this year’s Canadian Cancer Society CIBC Run for the Cure on Sunday, October 6, 2024. 

I run for myself, my babies - Mia and Thiago, my husband, parents, sister, family, friends and for the countless others that are also living in my shoes.
