I am participating in Cops for Cancer to support the mission of the Canadian Cancer Society with Reynolds Secondary School. I will be shaving my head along with many staff and students at school. Please pledge me and help me reach my fundraising goal! Every pledge takes us one step further in the fight against cancer.
Reynolds has an amazing history of supporting the Tour de Rock Campaign to support the mission of the Canadian Cancer Society. Since 2005, Reynolds School has taken great pride in participating in the Cops for Cancer campaign. Over these years, we have raised over $905,000 and the “Drive for a Million” is in its third year.
The purpose of our participation in this campaign is to find treatments and eventually a cure for cancer, and to send kids with cancer to Camp Goodtimes. Of course, a wonderful side benefit is that by doing this we maintain the healthy, caring, and positive culture at Reynolds. It’s about kids helping kids…it’s about adults helping kids helping kids. It’s about MAKING A REAL DIFFERENCE.
Reynolds has embraced this cause like no other school in the province. We are proud to have made a difference. We are proud to embrace challenges. We are proud that our school is filled with bald heads in October!
Online pledging is secure and it saves the Canadian Cancer Society money by reducing administrative costs.
Thanks for your support!
