Dear Friends and Family,

I hope this message finds you well. I'm reaching out to you with a cause that's incredibly close to my heart and one that I'm deeply passionate about. As the 1st Vancouver Firefighter to join this event alongside my policing friends, I'm honored to be part of a community dedicated to making a difference.

In 2020, I conquered Occupational Cancer, and through that journey, I gained firsthand insight into the challenges and hardships that come with battling cancer. It's an experience I wouldn't wish upon anyone, especially not children. That's why I believe it's our collective responsibility to make their journey as bearable as possible.

That's why I've committed to participating in Cops 4 Cancer - Tour de Coast, an event where local police agencies and emergency service personnel will ride 800km along the BC Coast to support children and families living with cancer and beyond.

The funds raised from this event will go towards supporting the Canadian Cancer Society in vital pediatric cancer research and providing 600 kids each year with the opportunity to attend Camp Goodtimes. This camp offers a medically-supervised recreation experience for children and teens affected by cancer and their families, aiming to create positive memories and provide much-needed support.

Your donation, no matter how big or small, will make a significant difference in the lives of these children and their families. Donating online is secure and helps reduce administrative costs, ensuring that more of your generosity directly impacts those who need it most.

One child with cancer is one child too many. I firmly believe that to tackle cancer, it requires the collective effort of every one of us. It takes a society.
