Welcome to my fundraising page! I am participating in the Cops for Cancer Tour de Coast event for which local police agencies and emergency service personnel will ride 800km along the BC Coast to support children and families living with cancer and cancer research.

The money raised from this event will support the Canadian Cancer Society in fueling new pediatric cancer research discoveries and send 600 kids each year to Camp Goodtimes, a local medically-supervised recreation experience for children and teens affected by cancer and their families.

I feel incredibly fortunate to have been selected to participate in this years C4C event to represent the West Vancouver Police Department. I, like many others, have been touched by cancer having lost my mother and cousin to the disease early in life, and at just 7 months old, my younger cousin was diagnosed with Leukemia. Thankfully, due to the progress of cancer research and developments in treatment, my cousin is cancer free and 16 years old.
Cancer research requires significant resources and funding to continue making progress towards better treatments and ultimately finding a cure. Your support enables researchers to pursue innovative ideas, conduct critical experiments, and bring new discoveries from the lab to the clinic. Together, we can provide hope to cancer patients and their families and work towards a future free from the burden of cancer.
