About

The Ride2Survive is a grueling one day, 400km ride from Kelowna to Delta. It is a challenging physical and emotional journey, but that is why we ride because those who battle cancer have a physical and emotional fight far greater than anything we could imagine.

The physical demands of the ride are one thing but the impact of the purpose of the ride and the stories of how fellow volunteers and riders have dealt with cancer in their lives is both inspirational and highly emotional.

This ride is somewhat unique in that we have a fixed start and finish time 3:30AM to 10PM. On our journey, we need to deal with conditions and manipulate rest times and pace to ensure our goal is met. Another unique aspect of this ride is that we ride together the entire distance as a team. We start together, we ride together and we finish together.

Why participate?

Ride2Survive is more than a fundraiser. It unites a collective of Canadians who are a force-for-life in the face of cancer. It’s a chance for participants to come together and celebrate the survivors in our communities, who send a powerful message of hope for those living with the disease. It’s a place to honour and remember those we’ve lost to cancer.

With your help, we can prove that together, we are bigger than cancer
