Our Wednesday Night Ladies Golf League are participating in Golf Fore the Cure on August 17, to support the mission of the Canadian Cancer Society. This date is very special to me in particular, as it was the date I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer last year. I have spent the better part of the last year battling this terrible disease, and am happy to be able to have an event to raise funds for the research and resources needed. I have been on the other end of these resources and can assure you, they are greatly appreciated and needed by those battling.
