My name is Tori Chia and I’ve registered along with my soccer team to help raise funds for breast cancer research.

This Friday and throughout the entire month of October, the Queen's Women's soccer team will be raising money to help Canada’s brightest researchers make groundbreaking discoveries, provide cancer patients with much-needed support services and ensure that other life-changing work is possible.

I will be kicking for the cure on Friday for some of the important female role models in my life who have all beat breast cancer! I will be playing for Nancy, my grandmother, Jackie, my aunt, Linda, my aunt, as well as some of my friends whose family members have been affected by breast cancer.
