Cancer Fighter fundraiser 2021

Hussmann Canada - Fit2Be Cancer Free Challenge

Hello Hussmann Canada,
You may have noticed that Tim Figge issued a challenge to all of Hussmann yesterday as part of the American Cancer Society's Fit2Be Cancer Free CEO challenge. I think it would be a great stewardship opportunity for our team to get into the Hussmann team spirit and support Tim from Canada while also supporting our own, Canadian Cancer Society.

See the notes below on how to install a “step tracking” app on your phone to join the walking challenge. It literally takes 2 minutes to set yourself up. Many of us try to get out for a walk daily for stress management.
Let’s see who walks the most between April 29th and May 20th. I know we’re a competitive bunch and there will be a lucrative prize presented to whomever walks the most steps in the 3 week period!
Sadly, Cancer affects 1 in 2 Canadians and it's hard to find someone who's life hasn't been touched by this horrible disease. My Mother was diagnosed in April 2016 and while it's been a tough battle, she continues her fight and will be beginning a new clinical trial shortly.
Because Cancer has touched our lives so closely, the Fuller Family will match up to $500 donated by the Hussmann Canada team for this fundraiser

When you make a donation to our team or to any of the passionate team members, you are providing hope to thousands of people affected by cancer. Your generosity will fund innovative research, provide vital support services to cancer patients and help change lives.

Please donate online today and help our team reach our goal. Follow this link to make your donation. https://support.cancer.ca/site/TR/IFE_NW_Event/IFE_ON_General_?team_id=479650&pg=team&fr_id=27759 This link will take you to the Hussmann Canada team page.

Let’s do this Hussmann Canada! May the best walker WIN!!
