For the past 11 years, during Breast Cancer Awareness Month in October, Pure Country 105 and Move 99.7 have organized Bras Around the Building to raise funds for the Canadian Cancer Society.  

1 in 8 Canadian women are expected to be diagnosed with breast cancer in their lifetime. The funds raised through this amazing campaign have made a massive impact on the future of breast cancer by supporting ground-breaking breast cancer research and support programs.

To date, Bras Around the Building has raised over $151,384.50!

We are excited to share that the 12th Annual Bras Around the Building will be taking place in-person with a kick-off date of October 3rd and a bra hanging on the station building on October 28th. 

Merrett Home Hardware Building Centre is once again joining us as campaign sponsor by donating $1 dollar for every bra received up to $7,000.

*Donate a bra or 2 or 3! Gently used bras can be dropped off at Merrett Home Hardware Centre, Downtown Home Hardware, My Left Breast, Towerhill Sobey's and the Pure Country 1 oh 5 studios at 59 George St in Downtown Peterborough
