Hey everyone! This year will mark the 8th year and over 1,600 km that I have kayaked to raise money for the Canadian Cancer Society! Last year Kayaking for Cancer raised over $40,000 for the Canadian Cancer Society. We kayak from Kingston to Ottawa on the Rideau River over the course of 8 days to raise money for the Canadian Cancer Society.

This fundraiser is especially close to my heart as my father passed away from liver,lung and colon cancer 7 years ago. I raise money each year in the hopes that we can stop losing loved ones to cancer. Evey stroke of my paddle is in his honour and his memory.
