It’s time to get moving! Whether it’s running, swimming, paddling or hiking, physical activity can be more than just a workout. It can also be a great way to raise funds for the fight against cancer.
There are two ways to do it. You can participate in an established local athletic challenge that currently supports the Canadian Cancer Society, or you can plan your own sporting activity as a solo event or one involving friends and family. Either way, raising funds for the fight against cancer will be no sweat!
