I relay in honour of my Poppy, a man that I will never forget. I relay to make a difference in the face of cancer, so that one day a diagnosis will not be looked at with fear. I relay because with nearly half of Canadians expected to be diagnosed with cancer during their lifetime, everyone will be impacted by this disease at some point in time.
