When I was a kid, my mother, found out she had a tumour on her breast. I was petrified. What if it was cancerous? What if my mom, one of my only support systems at the time and one of the most important people in my life-- were to get sick and leave me? That thought haunted me for weeks, and that time sticks with me. What if I'm next? Or my sister? Or my dad? It was thankfully, benign. However we know all too many people who aren't so lucky.

Cancer has touched each and every one of us in one way or another, whether through tragedy or triumph. Knowing there's an organization out there using their voice to amplify those who are either currently, or will become sick in the future is awe inspiring.

I hope to raise any amount of money to show my support for my loved ones and yours.
