When I was 5, my mom was diagnosed with Stage 3 Breast Cancer. After a multi year battle, she's in remission and healtier than I could have dreamed. I get the chance to grow up with my mom beside me. But that's not the case for many across Canada.

Many across Canada are still fighting their own battles with cancer, and many are not as fortunate as my mom. That's why I'm taking part in Relay For Life, to honor those who have fought, to support those who are fighting, and to contribute to the research and programs that bring hope to families facing cancer. Every dollar raised through Relay For Life goes towards funding groundbreaking research, providing essential support services, and advocating for better cancer care.
