The statistic of "2/5 Canadians are diagnosed with cancer" has really come to life around me. In the past I have been dedicated to Relay for Life for the family members of nearly everyone I know, for the 2/5 Canadians, for the fearful expressions upon cancer diagosis, and for joyous expressions of survivors. But just last month, my aunt has also been diagnosed with cancer. 

This year, I relay for my aunt. For a future when a cancer diagnosis is no long feared. 

Please help me reach my fundraising goal for Relay For Life. The smallest step will make a difference towards honouring those we have lost, towards supporting those living with cancer, towards celebrating surviors, and towards building a brighter future.

Donations to CCS contributes to

- providing meals and hospitality for patients living in lodges to be closer to hospitals

- providing transport for patients to/from their appointments

- running Camp Goodtimes for children diagnosed with cancers to have a better childhood

- making and delivering wigs and prosthetics 

- supporting game-changing research for a future with more tools to face cancer
