In 2016 my grandpa was diagnosed with liver cancer. Unfortunately they had caught it too late and were unable to treat it. During winter break of that same year my family and I went back to visit them in Vancouver. This was the last time I got to see him, he passed in the March of 2017.

Nearly half of Canadians expected to be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime, having had a family member been affected and seens how it has affected everyone around them I am driven to help raise money for this good cause.

My goal this year is to raise money to donate to this good cause and have a cancer-free future. Donating any amount helps no matter how little, whether it be $5, $10, $25, $50, or $100, every dollar counts.
