I am just one of the millions of Canadians who has experienced loved ones receiving a cancer diagnosis.

In fact, I have become very passionate about rare forms of cancer such as neuroendocrine tumours (NETs). This type of cancer is particularily rare (impacting 1-5 people out of each 100,000 diagnosed with cancer), yet it is one of the fastest growing forms of cancer. Treatment options are relativley limited depending on the timeframe of diagnosis. NETs are also difficult to diagnose and are most commonly found due to reasons unrelated to the tumor.

I want to work to spread awareness about uncomon forms of cancer in the hopes of finding better treatment options. Please join my team as we work towards our fundraising goal. Your support is appreciated.
