In the Sleep, Health, and Wellness lab, we are committed to helping cancer survivors sleep better and live well. This year, myself and the other members in the Sleep, Health, & Wellness Lab at MUN are participating in the Canadian Cancer Society’s Relay for Life. On March 23, we will be relaying from 7PM to 7AM! Staying awake all night goes against everything we know about sleep health and our research to help people with cancer get better sleep, but one sleepless night is nothing compared to the emotional and physical burden of cancer. The Canadian Cancer Society provides support for our research and funding to help us improve the days and nights of people impacted by cancer.

Please help me reach my fundraising goal for Relay For Life.  It doesn’t matter how small the step, it makes a difference.
