When I was 9 years old I first fully understood the meaning of cancer. I realized in 2015 that cancer not only affects the individual diagnosed but also deeply impacts family and friends when my papa was diagnosed with colon cancer. After a 5 year battle my papa passed in 2020. In the loving memory of my papa I want to dedicate my participation to his strength and resilience. Though my papa is no longer with us I will walk in his honour and millions of others who are affected by this disease.

Please help me reach my fundraising goal. No matter how much you donate, every dollar goes a long way. A donation of $25, $50 or $100 could help ensure a team of researchers has the resources they need to make a life-changing discovery, or a patient has access to support services when they need it most.
