I lost my Mom to cancer at the very young age of 2, This loss gave me purpose to fundraise for Cancer research as something i could "do" to honor her.

I have been a participant of Relay for Life since 2010, many years I lead the Zumba warm up or middle of the night wake up Zumba. This is my second year participating as a survivor. 

This year my diagnosis went from remission to stage 4 terminal in less than 6 months. I was given 18 months to live in December. It has been an insane journey with lots of ups and downs. I will not give up, I have a lot to live for. My three incredible children, and all these bonus children I've collected along the way that are part of the 3am club. 

My daughter Marcia has been one of my biggest supporters, I look forward to walking these laps with her for as many years as I can.
