With nearly half of Canadians expected to be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime, the McGill Men's and Women's Rugby Teams are as determined as ever to help tackle this disease.

Many of us have family and friends that are affected, this makes it personal for all of us.

On the field, we are united against our opponents, whether in the scrum, the lineout, or in the open field. Our blood, sweat, and tears throughout the year, committed to our eventual goal of winning the game and the championship. Our battles on the field pale in comparison to the battles many are fighting right now and will fight in the future.

Most importantly, we are all united as a team against cancer. All of us on the team are committed to play our small role in helping defeat cancer once and for all.
