In September 2020, I (Deanna) was diagnosed with both Endometrial and Ovarian cancers. I had a complete hysterectomy, followed up with months of chemo. I am done treatment and doing well! Cancer has had a big impact on my family and we will walk for myself and all my family and friends that have been affected by cancer! 

Everyone on our team has their own reasons for participating in the Canadian Cancer Society Relay For Life, but one thing unites us all: a belief that we can create a world where no one fears cancer.
