I am participating in Ride2Survive to support the mission of the Canadian Cancer Society (CCS).

Since I last raised money for cancer research and prevention in 2019, I have had people I dearly love impacted by cancer. It is an awful group of diseases that, at best, turns peoples lives upside down, and we know all too well what the worst case scenario is.

Now that we have finally moved past the immediate impact of Covid, I turn my attention back to raising money to benefit those fighting cancer and hopefully taking us a step closer to curing cancer.

In association with the Ride2Survive, I am participating in a ~120km bike ride on August 20 to raise money for the CCS. Although this is a shorter ride than in the past, it is no less meaningful in the impact it hopes to have on fighting cancer.

And like in past years, every dollar you donate goes directly to the CCS as my registration fees cover all the costs of the ride.
