Steve’s R2S Weekend to Ride and Run
My Ride2Survive challenge for 2023 is not as exotic as last years ride in the Netherlands with Amy and Ryan but it is what it is. I will be riding 150kms from home to Whistler on September 9 and then will attempt to run a 8km race in Richmond on September 10. Not sure what the legs are going to feel like on race morning but I will do my best to run as fast as they will let me go.
Most importantly I am raising money once again for Cancer Research through R2S and the Canadian Cancer Society. Please help me with my goal to raise $1,500. Actually $1,400 as I donated $100 myself.
