Fredericton: Team Lulu - CIBC Run for the Cure

Team Lulu

Every day, 75 Canadians will hear the words “you have breast cancer.” While these Canadians are living longer, healthier lives after a breast cancer diagnosis, there is still so much work to be done.

It has been over three years since Louise's diagnosis and over two years since she has been in remission. We are all so thankful for the research, medicine, and clinical trials to help make more people like Louise become a breast cancer survivor.

Team Lulu is running for the fourth year in a row for the Canadian Cancer Society CIBC Run for the Cure.

We’re asking for your help and donations by following this link:

Please contribute what you can to help us achieve our fundraising goal. Every dollar makes a difference! Your donation will fund the best breast cancer research and the largest support system in the country for people affected by cancer.

Together, we can change the future of breast cancer.

Thank you in advance for your support!

Your team can be recognized as one of the top 3 teams at your local CIBC Run for the Cure event! The top 3 teams who meet the minimum fundraising requirement of $5,000 by the deadline 10 p.m. PST on Monday, September 18, 2023, will receive their own team tent space. You can decorate the space, hang out there on Run Day and receive the VIP experience!

For offline funds to be counted towards these awards, the funds must be displayed online by the deadlines above. Bank stamped, offline forms can be sent to the Canadian Cancer Society via email to or mailed to the address on the form. Processing times vary, but please allow a minimum of 3 weeks from receipt of the form by CCS to seeing offline fundraising reflected in your totals online.
