On June 1st, 2021 I was diagnosed with grade 3, stage 2, HER2 positive, invasive ductal carcinoma. Since then it's been a whirlwind of testing, chemo and immunotherapy. I have had the best team behind me from my Healthcare team to my cheerleaders. If we can make a bit of a difference so that another family doesn't have to go through this, it's worth a shot! 

Every day, 75 Canadians will hear the words “you have breast cancer.” While these Canadians are living longer, healthier lives after a breast cancer diagnosis, there is still so much work to be done.
