In September 2019, my world turned upside down when I discovered a lump in my breast. The journey that followed was both challenging and incredibly humbling. I was fortunate to be surrounded by a circle of strong, supportive women and men who lifted me up when I needed it most. Movement became my lifeline during this time, providing me with the strength and resilience to keep going.

It was during this time that I realized the power of women supporting women and the importance of educating everyone about breast health. People coming together and encouraging movement is what the Run for the Cure means to me.
