Hello, I’m Rebecca!

This year my friend and colleague was diagnosed with a rare form of breast cancer. I witnessed her grace and poise under unbelievably stressful surgeries and chemotherapy, all while being a nurse and busy mother of two. She has inspired me to see if I can do a small part to support her and people like her.

Over the past 3 months I have been teaching myself to run so that I can participate in this year’s Canadian Cancer Society CIBC Run for the Cure. I will be running with the hope that we can help individuals with breast cancer and those who support them.
