My hiatus is over and I am participating and fundraising for this year’s Canadian Cancer Society CIBC Run for the Cure.

I have personally experienced the difference continued research can make in the lives of breast cancer patients. The difference in support and treatment options I received in 2012 and 2021 have shown me how much medicine has evolved for young women with breast cancer. This is due to the ongoing research efforts from so many passionate individuals.
