On Sunday October 1, 2023,
I'll be participating in the
CIBC Run for the Cure
as a part of
SHAD'S SOLDIERS
for our TENTH CONSECUTIVE YEAR! 

In 2013, my Mom was diagnosed with breast cancer. 
She went through surgery, treatment, dealt with numerous side effects and still is, and I have admired her strength and bravery through all of it.

 Cancer is something that has touched us all in one way or another and we all know that raising funds for research with the goal of a cancer free future is a worthy cause.

 There are many causes to donate to, and we all have those that are close to our hearts.
