Cancer sucks! F*ck cancer! Looking back on my experience and treatment, I was taken care of very quickly, the tests and treatments used were really well explained to me, and I'm around now with good prognosis for my future because of the research backing the treatments. 

I was diagnosed with Stage 2 breast cancer on August 28, 2019. I had surgery to remove the tumor in mid-September, then chemotherapy from December to February followed by radiation in April 2020. I started hormone therapy in May 2020, which I'll be on for awhile now. 

I still think about cancer everyday; what I went through, what it did to me, how I felt during the time (especially on chemo), and about other people going through a cancer experience.
