In May of 2022, my sister, Jillian Connell, was diagnosed with breast cancer at the young age of 34. As a family that has been fortunate enough to not have had an encounter with cancer, this news shook us to our core. Fast forward a few years and Jill is cancer free and living a healthy, beautiful life. 

Today and every day, I am immensely proud to be Jill's sister. She has faced each challenge with incredible bravery and grace. Oh, and did I mention she has done so while also wrangling a now 3 year old and 2 year old? We can all learn a thing or two from Jill's inspiring approach to her cancer treatment. She is a hero.
